RIESLING FEDERSPIEL

The grapes for our Riesling Federspiel come from the Kirnberg and Steiger vineyards in Rossatz. The soil isn’t so rich in nutrients, which makes for a fruity style of wine with typical stone fruit aromas and lively acidity. For this wine, we use spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
